Here’s a small-scale, family-run sugar shack where tradition meets ethics with a selection of healthy, locally grown organic ingredients. The menu is 100% vegetarian and prepared on site.

At La Cabane À Tuque we harvest maple sap the old way—with buckets… and elbow grease! Young and old are welcome to don their snowshoes and hit the trails to give us a hand! With some luck, you might also get to see how our evaporator works and become familiar with the various steps involved in the production of maple syrup.
